HK to promote creative industries by 2010 Shanghai Expo
HONG KONG (IBTimes)- 2010 Shanghai World Expo will be held May 1 to October 31 in Shanghai. Hong Kong will participate with the theme of "Unlimited space" design to demonstrate its creative industries, quality of life and attractions, promoting HK as an Asia’s world city. Chief Secretary for Administration Henry Tang expressed.
Henry Tang speaks at the presentation ceremony at Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre for the winners of the World Exposition 2010 Shanghai - Hong Kong Pavilion Concept Design Competition today( April 14), Hong Kong's pavilion will show the city's unlimited potential and creativity to promote HK as an Asia’s world city.
Eighty entries were received and the winning concept will be used as the blueprint for the design and development of the pavilion. The champion artwork "Unlimited space" design, symbolizing Hong Kong contains unlimited imagination and creative space.
